Comments and Suggestions
We welcome your comments and suggestions on how we may improve our services to you as our aim is to provide the best possible care within the resources available to us. Should you wish to make constructive or critical comments on the services provided by our practice please speak or write to the practice manager or leave your comments in the box provided at reception. There is also a comments box available in "contact us" on the left hand side of our website.
We endeavour to provide the best service possible at all times. However, we realize that occasionally things do not go as smoothly as we would like and you may be unhappy about an aspect of care.
We have an in-house complaints procedure and all complaints should be addressed to the Practice Manager who will ensure that they are investigated thoroughly and as speedily as possible.
Please note that the practice observes strict adherence to the rule of confidentiality and we cannot provide information to a third party without appropriate authority from the patient concerned.
